Where this goes from here, I don't know. I did tell Mr. Etheredge that I would let the world know how I felt about his investigation. All I wanted was a written apology from the code enforcement officer. This is just the beginning.
Should any of you reading this ever find yourself in a position similar to the one I find myself in, don't sit back and take it. Each of us has to fight back to keep our government honest. City employees work for us, paid by our tax dollars....we don't work for them. They should treat each and every one of us with respect, not disdain.
